Thanks!! (But i have no idea what i really did.... Don't understand why it came back but I now have a solution that lasted about 4 weeks. She has opened Word in safe mode and it showed that the OrgPlus plug-in was deactivated in safe mode, so she uninstalled OrgPlus. If your mouse works everywhere except Microsoft Word and possibly other Microsoft products, here's an easy fix worth saving.
