It had to be a generic keyboard, not one with extra buttons. The only things I plug into my laptop are my wireless mouse, my usb... How can we resolve the keyboard issue so I can install windows?

Also if you're using remote webtools like logmein on XP you will need uninstall them first as for some reason to do with the Graphics card you cant upgrade to SP3
