It works fine if you just type the date in. I am not sure what happened to this database, but I fixed the problem by restoring a previous version of it. I could understand if the error was specific to one, or even a few machines; however, this is a network-wide issue all of a sudden.
On the machine(s) where it's not working, open any code module (or open the Debug Window, using Ctrl-G, provided you haven't selected the "keep debug window on top" option).
