I would also suggest you try SplitCam, it is a very simple program that basically works with most webcams and then lets all other programs use the webcam through SplitCam itself.
The issue could be due to a loose connection of the camera above the lcd panel. i go that device and it says no drivers are installed for this device.So i go onto update driver and update it but it says the best driver softwear for your Sometimes they are highlighted but only if they are not online. But the webcam can work despite this though.
