Lining these up with the plus and minus printed on the motherboard should be easy, except most motherboards print their labels in hilariously small text. But if it doesn't work in the BIOS either, I'm afraid it's a hardware issue. Tried it all. So I tried plugging all the other ports to make sure it's not my kb and mouse stopped working all of the sudden.

I then grabbed 2 different computer monitors to test it on and used DVI-VGA converter to connect, and both monitors also received no signal. Trust me, this is not a driver update fix, MSFT has done it again! Anyways..the last option I can do now is purchase another motherboard at the meantime while I try to RMA this. The only other parts that are different are the RAM and CPU, everything else works fine because I rebuilt my old pc with the video card, ssd, and power supply.
